Mr. Pat Fogarty

Division Manager - Oil & Gas.

Pat Fogarty has more than 40 years of experience from apprenticeship through to the management of a variety of industrial projects involving natural gas processing, compressor stations, pipelines, Pump stations, refineries and petrochemical plants, Airport Construction, Bulk Fuel Installations, Food and Beverage installations, Power Generation, His responsibilities have included Site Management, Construction Management, planning, coordination of various disciplines, civil, mechanical, electrical and instrument and construction supervision. Mr. Fogarty was recently involved in the Site Management of a Wastewater Recycle and reduction Project for Qatar Gas , Ras Laffan ,Doha.

Dr. Varghese Koshy Panicker

Division Manager – Civil & Infrastructure

Dr. Varghese Koshy Panicker has more than 30+ years of experience level position in directing overall operations in Construction, Engineering consultant, Contracts Management, Theme Parks, Services Sectors, EPC, etc. Feasibility study for Abu Dhabi Basis Industries Corporation – ICAD I, II and III Polymer Parks Multiple Geography Experience – Qatar, UAE, Yemen, Germany, Kazakhstan & USA, etc. Theme Parks like Universal Studio-Dubailand, Dream Works-Dubailand, Six flags-Dubailand, Lego land-Dubailand, Marvel, Global Village – handled their Contracts, Design, and Construction.

Mr. Gurcan Simsek

Division Manager – MEP Division.

Mr. Gurcan Simsek has more than 18+ years of experience and have competently participated in the execution of various MEP Projects, including but not limited to High Rise Buildings, shopping malls, mixed use developments, Infrastructure Projects (i.e. Metro) Commercial and Residential Buildings, Villa Compounds and 5 Star Hotel Projects.

Mr. Vinesh Vijayaraghavan

Division Manager – Utility Division

Vinesh Vijayaraghavan has filled a broad range of roles in his 20 years in the construction industry, both overseas and in India. His roles have included project-based supervision / management positions on medium to large sized construction projects in the United Arab Emirates, and management of multiple projects in the Infrastructure and MEP sector as well as senior commercial management roles for Dubai Metro and Qatar Rail Project subcontracts.

Adv. Jayakumar has more than 25+ years of experience in reputed companies in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. His last overseas assignment was working for a Leading Engineering Consultancy company in Qatar as Contracts Adviser.
